The SOUND 40 (CRD 40) is a DAB / CD digital stereo alarm clock radio with a remote control and CD / SD bookmark! The Bookmark function automatically remembers the last played position on the disc. As part of the Roberts ‘SOUND’ range this radio benefits from superior sound quality through it's stereo speakers.

The CD player offers MP3 and WMA playback and an SD slot also allows for the playback of your personal music collection. The auxiliary input socket enables you to play music back from a portable music device or iPod. Not only can you wake up to buzzer, radio, CD or SD card, you can also set different alarm modes such as once; daily; Monday-Friday and different times for the weekend lie in.

The easy to read blue back lit LCD display shows you information about the station you are listening to and also the SOUND 40's menu system. The SOUND 40 also features automatic clock set, sleep and snooze functions plus a remote control.
